Can I customize Agent Media Store items with my contact information?Yes. Most items on the Agent Media Store can be personalized with your contact information. When you click on a customizable product, you'll see a "How would you like this item personalized?" field just below the item's price. Please use this field to specify: Contact information to include Dimensions (if applicable) Any information about approved co-op funds for the ad. Please note co-op funds will not apply to Custom Requests, only to an item's base fee. For more information about using co-op funds, please see the "Can I use funds from the Agent and Crop Specialist Co-op Funding Plan to pay for Agent Media Store items" FAQ below.

Can I request a brand new, completely custom-built item?Yes. If you would like something completely new created, please complete the "Custom Media Request" form on the Custom Requests page.

What are my payment options?Payment options include a check or Agent Deduct. You will receive an invoice with complete charges (including shipping and postage fees if applicable) after your order is complete.

Can I use funds from the "Agent and Crop Specialist Co-op Funding Plan" to pay for Agent Media Store items?Yes, you can use co-op advertising dollars for Agent Media Store items. If: You are an agent and you have: Submitted a funding request to your District Manager and they have approved the request. You are a Crop Specialist and you have: Submitted a funding request through Alisa Hardy for Chuck McDaniel to approve and Chuck has approved the request. What happens after I place an order?You'll receive an order confirmation email with details about your order (and a link to download the file if you purchased an electronic file - please see "How do I download electronic files" FAQ on this page for additional details). You might also receive an email from the Sales department if we have any questions about your order. Once your order is placed (and we have any additional information needed), the Sales department can typically send you your file within 10 to 15 working days. Once your order is complete, we'll email you an invoice.

How soon can I expect my order?Orders are typically fulfilled within 10 to 15 working days after an order is placed and (if necessary) the Home Office has any additional information needed to complete the order. Digital files like social media posts, email banners, and radio ads can be downloaded instantly from links in your order confirmation email. Please see the "How do I download electronic files" FAQ on this page for additional information.

How do I download electronic files (social media posts, email banners, and radio ads)?If you see a download icon (an arrow pointing down to a horizontal line) on the image of the item / product on the website, that means the item is an electronic file you can download for immediate use. To download an electronic file from the Agent Media Store: Add the item to your shopping cart. View your shopping cart and go through the checkout process. After placing your order you'll see a "Thank you" screen that includes a link to download the file. You'll also receive a order confirmation email with a link to download the file.

I downloaded my electronic files. Now what?Downloaded files will be located in your "Downloads" folder. To use an image in a social media post: select the add a photo option when creating your post; then select the file / social post from your Downloads folder. To use email banners: Create a "New Email" in Outlook Click inside the body of your new email (so you can see your cursor). Click "Insert" and then "Picture" from Outlook's top menu bar. Select your file / email banner from your Downloads folder. If needed, you can scale the banner by holding down the "Shift" key and then dragging one of the image's corners. You can add text above or below the banner by clicking your cursor above or below the banner. To use radio ads: Make sure the radio spot(s) you purchased from your local radio station or streaming service is the same length as the ad you downloaded. Email the radio ad (it can be found in your Downloads folder) to your contact at the local radio station or streaming service. Your local radio station should be able to add your personal contact information to the beginning or end of the ad.

Will I be charged for printing?Yes. There is a nominal printing fee. Our Printing Department will contact you with printing fee details after you place an order and before any printing is done.

Will I be charged for shipping?Yes. Shipping costs are not included in the Agent Media Store's prices and vary depending on the size (dimensions of) your order and the quantity. Will I be charged postage costs?If you would like the Home Office printing department to mail materials (like postcards) directly to your clients or prospects on your behalf, you will be charged the postage fees.
